The Story Behind Convergence

In 2023, Natalie Lavelock, Katelyn Silva, and Michele McHenry sat together around a small lunch table at a faith conference in Dallas. Different paths had brought them there.

Natalie had spent decades developing leaders, teams, organizations, and entrepreneurs. Katelyn had built a life around publishing books and helping authors bring God-given stories into the world. Michele had led companies, teams, boards, communities, and leaders through seasons of growth, stewardship, and legacy.

But around that table, they recognized the same ache. So many capable Kingdom Leaders were building real things, good things. Businesses. Books. Teams. Ministries. Movements. Families.

But underneath the visible fruit, many were carrying quiet longing:

  • Grinding when they need to be listening and discerning God's plan and timing.
